Part of caring yourself is to recognise and accept your own feeling, just like each inhale and exhale, in and out. There is no right or wrong, simply accept your feeling and let it go. Live in the moment and enjoy it. This is my first time getting into this Dragonfly pose,though it’s not perfect, I’m really happy about what I’ve achieved.
